Her professional journey reflects a strong commitment to supporting the academic and research community through structured editorial practices, effective communication, and quality-focused publishing initiatives.
With an academic background in Library & Information Science and professional experience in scholarly publishing, Payal has developed expertise across multiple academic disciplines, including Agriculture, Applied Sciences, Multidisciplinary Research, Library & Information Science, and other emerging interdisciplinary areas.
In her professional role, she has been involved in managing and coordinating various aspects of scholarly journal publishing, including manuscript submissions, editorial assessment, peer-review coordination, reviewer communication, author correspondence, acceptance and publication processes, DOI-related workflows, journal development, and research content management. Her experience enables her to understand the complete publication cycle while maintaining professional communication with authors, researchers, reviewers, and academic stakeholders.
As the Founder & CEO of Payal Research Solutions, Payal aims to establish a trusted and professional research-support ecosystem that brings together researchers, authors, academic institutions, journals, publishers, and knowledge communities. Her objective is to facilitate better research communication and help researchers navigate the evolving academic publishing landscape.
Her areas of interest and professional expertise extend beyond traditional publishing. She is particularly interested in the role of digital transformation, technology, artificial intelligence, knowledge management, and innovative scholarly communication in shaping the future of research and academic libraries.
