All accepted manuscripts are published under immediate Gold Open Access (CC-BY 4.0) at no cost to authors, funded by Quantum Science and Technology Pvt Ltd. The initial double-anonymized peer review typically takes 4-6 weeks for the first decision, utilizing at least 2 independent expert reviewers.
