Institutional Sponsorship Model
All operational costs — including PKP Open Journal Systems hosting, technical server maintenance, plagiarism software screening, XML typesetting, long-term preservation, and Crossref DOI registration — are entirely funded by the publisher, Quantum Science and Technology Pvt Ltd, in conjunction with the Deep Science and Technology Consortium (DSTC).
This financial model ensures that economic barriers do not restrict equitable participation in scholarly research dissemination, aligning with the principles of Plan S, DOAJ, and OASPA.
