Zero Institutional Fees ($0 APC)

DSTC operates under 100% Diamond Open Access. Universities require no read-and-publish agreements or transformative APC packages.

Automated OAI-PMH Harvesting

Harvesting endpoint: https://journals.dstc.org.in/index.php/jdstc/oai. Ingest Dublin Core, MARC21, and Crossref XML directly.

Preservation & Dark Archiving

All content is perpetually mirrored in the PKP Preservation Network (PN), LOCKSS, and CLOCKSS to safeguard scholarly heritage.
